April 2018 saw us spend time in Accra, Ghana providing organisational development services as well as mentoring a group of female-led tech start-ups.
Our organisational development work included team dynamics, process design, strategy consulting and leadership development.
As social impact and making a difference is important to the work we do, it was a pleasure to spend time running workshops and one-to-one strategy sessions with a group of female-led startups from our Unlocking Women and Technology (UWAT) programme. The UWAT programme is led by iSpace Foundation in partnership with The Radical Leap Company, Mobile Web Ghana and Ghana Code Club. It is funded by Comic Relief.
