We are London-based but have specialists in different parts of the world who work internationally. We work with clients both in-person at their offices for an agreed period of time or virtually. Where there are geographical or budgetary constraints we leverage technology and use video conference, online meeting tools and the phone.

How does your process work?

In working with our clients, we do not take a one-size-fits-all approach. We believe, through research, that a long-term holistic approach to ensuring organisational objectives are understood, embodied and delivered is more sustainable. We take a 4-step approach to delivering the solutions our clients need. Depending on objectives, priorities and agreement, duration of service will vary from client to client.

  • Step 1 – Needs Assessment: to determine areas of need, priorities, scope of work and budget.
  • Step 2 – Solution Design: we get to work putting together a strategy specific to your brand or organisation taking into account the overall vision and current objectives
  • Step 3 – Implementation: we work with your team as the strategies are implemented providing support through the process
  • Step – Evaluation: we evaluate team performance and track growth and success
  • Please note that duration will vary from client to client.

How much do your charge?

Our solutions are tailored to each client’s needs. Estimates and terms of payment are provided following an in-depth consultation with the key decision-maker.

What is your refund policy

Your initial payment is non-refundable. The service we offer constitutes our intellectual property, proprietary frameworks and bespoke solutions. Once you make the decision to work with us, we set aside time to begin preparations. We also turn away other opportunities that may impact our commitment to working with you. Subsequent payments are subject to a pro-rated refund should you opt to terminate our engagement before work is completed. This means that you will be charged for the value of work carried out and be entitled to a refund only for the work we have not done.

Do you sign non-disclosure agreements?

Certainly. We also ask our clients to sign non-disclosure agreements so our IPs are also protected.

Which of your specialists is best for what we need?

Just like we do not take a one-size-fits-all approach, we also select the best fit to work on your project. Our specialists are highly experienced business owners and leaders in their own rights, with proven track records, and bring to your table real-world expertise with the view of helping you optimised the performance, productivity and profitability of your business, team or leaders. Do you provide references?

Definitely. We are happy to introduce you to past clients for references. We do this at the last stage just before you sign an agreement.

How do you deliver your services?

We select the best method of delivery based on a number of factors:

  • Clients’ unique needs and objectives
  • Clients’ available resources (budget, people, technology)
  • Urgency or priority

Following consultation with the key decision-maker(s) within your company or organisation, we propose the best possible method of delivery for what you need. These could include a combination of the below:

  • In-person solutions with one or a number of our specialists
  • Group solutions like strategy facilitation, training, team-away days or training
  • Virtual solutions delivered via video conferencing, conference calls or webinars
  • Bespoke digital resources created specifically to support your performance, productivity or profitability needs

What frameworks or methodologies do you use?

In our experience, we have found that generic frameworks and methodologies deliver some results but not the type we believe our clients deserve. We, therefore, require that each specialist uses proprietary frameworks and methodologies that cannot be found in the public domain, and tailor them to the unique needs of each client. This means solutions are delivered to the highest possible standard and clients are assured of quality.

What type of support is available for clients?

We value our clients and make sure that support is readily available during and after working with them. We have found that our clients value access to readily available support. The type of support required will be discussed during the consultation to ensure that expectations are managed all-round. The support we offer could be delivered via any or all of the following depending on needs, resources and urgency.

  • In-person

Is support charged separately?

No and yes.

When we consult with clients before an estimate is provided and agreement is signed, we will discuss the support that will correspond with the solutions we deliver. In this case, there will be no additional investment required.

If, however, additional support is required outside of the scope of the solutions initially agreed upon, additional investment will be required. Amounts will be advised during a consultation to discuss the support required.
