Should we agree to work together, we shall request that you sign a mandate authorising us to share your company’s information and documents with potential investors. We shall also sign a non-disclosure, non-compete and non-circumvent agreement to protect the interests of all parties involved.

Before we facilitate investment linkages, we assess projects for viability and scalability. Should there be any gaps, we make recommendations for adjustment(s) which may include documentation, business model revision, financial modelling, and/or pitching preparation. We provide investment-readiness preparation at a fee.
