Our Strategic Growth Audit is a pre-phase to any of our strategy consulting work with clients. The audit is designed to carry out a thorough review of business performance, identify pain points and growth gaps, define objectives, set priorities and outline the scope of strategy consulting work. The audit takes between 5-7 working days and includes 4 stages (pre-audit, research, analysis and an executive debrief with the key decision-makers).
